Starting with an assessment of your current ability, then designing specific workout plans for your own personal goals/targets. I can guide you through a comprehensive fitness programme taking consideration of your goals, nutritional needs, any injuries and your schedule.

Training sessions

We will work together to push your body and mind to new limits. Taking advantage of the time we have together with warm-ups & tailored workouts.

Support

Receive unlimited support, making sure you feel taken care of and appreciated. You will receive my personal number/email and can contact me any day you choose.

Monday-Friday: 7am-8pm

Weekends: 10am-5pm

Bronze personal training package- £30

The ideal package for those who don’t want to lock into one of our other packages and pay as you go. £30 each hour for a personal training session, have as many or as few sessions as you want in a month.
