The breakdown

Bespoke 1-1 strength & conditioning sessions, whether it’s to help you get race fit and supplement your training or if it’s to simply become healthier, fitter and stronger.

To get started you will be required to fill out a medical questionnaire and goal sheet for accurate prescription of training.

The process

How it works

Initial consultation

Starting with an assessment of your current ability, then designing specific workout plans for your own personal goals/targets. We can guide you through a comprehensive fitness programme taking consideration of your goals, nutritional needs, any injuries and your schedule.

Training sessions

We will work together to push your body and mind to new limits. Taking advantage of the time we have together with warm-ups & tailored workouts. The more work we do together, the better your results.

Support

Receive unlimited support, making sure you feel taken care of and appreciated. You will receive my personal number/email and can contact us any day you choose.

After picking up a knee injury, I was in pain and unable to train properly. I worked with George to rebuild the muscles surrounding my knee allowing me to get back to form.
