This package is our most advanced membership for those aspiring, elite and professional athletes looking to take their career and current level in the sport to the next level.

With greater feedback and increased contact time with our head coaches you will receive a training programme that is individualised and tailored to your lifestyle.

*This plan is based around training and racing with power and/or heart rate.

To get started you will be required to fill out a medical questionnaire, goal sheet and riding style questionnaire for accurate prescription of training.

Initial consultation

This is where you'll establish a baseline, communicate your goals and allow your coach to assess your current fitness level, training habits and areas for improvement. A thorough and effective consultation sets the stage for a tailored coaching plan that can help you achieve your cycling goals.

Current analysis

Here we understand where you stand right now in terms of fitness, skills, equipment and habits, which serves as the foundation for creating a targeted plan for improvement. Performing a thorough analysis allows us to  identify strengths and weaknesses and set realistic goals for growth.

Programme start

This marks the beginning of a focused and structured journey to improving your performance. After the initial consultation and analysis, we’ll create a customised plan that aligns with your goals, fitness level, available time and training preferences. This ensures that you progress steadily, avoid injury whilst reaching your goals.

On-going development

With cycling being the dynamic and evolving sport it is, we recognise your training must also evolve. Here we  adapt to new challenges, refining your skills and maintaining motivation throughout the training process. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider, this ensures that you keep progressing and avoid stagnation.
